Sonoma Jet Center will host its 3rd annual Aviation Day on Saturday, October 6th, 2012 from 10am – 2pm at the Sonoma Jet Center facility at the Charles M. Schulz – Sonoma County Airport in Santa Rosa, CA. The Aviation Day is a free and interactive event with activities for all ages and levels of aviation interest and involvement.

Highlights of Aviation Day include:

FREE AIRPLANE RIDES FOR KIDS

The local chapter of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) is hosting a Young Eagles event to give interested young people, ages 8-17, an opportunity to go flying in an airplane.  These flights are offered free of charge and are made possible through the generosity of EAA member volunteers.  Rides start at 8:30AM and reservations are essential and can be made by emailing: SherYoungEagles@aol.com or by clicking the link on the right.  

"REJUVENATING AVIATION"
